First you choose the location where you want to stay and look for the property for rent category. Put Kingston location.

Always check for the description what are the things owner is providing.

Check for the surrounding options what are the nearby places. Such as bus stops, grocery market, college, downtown etc.

  • Always check the place physically, check the lease terms and go with your budget.  

  • Always look for the options. 

  • Check the lease terms and condition.

  • Check everything is working or not in the house.

  • Meet the person if someone is already staying in the house.

  • Know your rights as a tenant.
